Entrepreneurship Development Club (a.k.a ED Club) in the college is set up by the Department of Industry and Commerce, with the aim to help students acquire entrepreneurial skill so that they can choose a field of self employment. The objectives of Entrepreneurship Development Club are to inculcate entrepreneurship qualities, to sensitise industrial scenario of the state, to nurture the latent entrepreneurial talent, develop awareness among its members of the attitudes, values, and skills of successful entrepreneurs around the globe etc.

The EDC has organized a number of programmes, including industrial visits, practical sessions of skill development training, interaction with entrepreneurs etc, to create an awareness among students about the latest business opportunities.

In the year 2016-17, a programme GLINT 2017 was organized to mould young talents in the field of LED lights. A workshop on making Christmas star using LEDs was conducted. Such experiences equip the students with skills needed for their new enterprises.
